I’m Ingrid — coach, mover, rebel, researcher of the female fire.
I built ImpudiKa Corazón for women like me — women who woke up one day and realized their body wasn’t following the old rules anymore.

Hormones shift. Energy crashes. The fitness routines we were told to follow? They stop making sense.
So I stopped trying to fix myself — and started listening.
